Under the name Anna Keefer, she made her wrestling debut on October 28, 2022, by participating in a WWE NXT Women's Title #1 Contendership Battle Royal at an NXT live event in Melbourne, Florida. She didn't wrestle again for nearly a year due to an achilles tendon rupture. Keefer made her return to action at an NXT live event in Davenport, Florida on October 27, 2023, taking part in a Halloween Costume Rumble.
In November 2023, Keefer began appearing alongside Tony D'Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo as a member of The D'Angelo Family, an Italian-American mobster group.
