She gained notice among wrestling fans as a host of AfterBuzz's weekly recap programs for Monday Night Raw and WWE NXT. In 2016, she joined WWE.com's digital correspondent during WrestleMania 32 Week in Dallas, Texas.
Kelley worked a variety of roles for WWE until February 2020, at which point she decided to part ways with the sports entertainment organization. Later that year, she made her acting debut on the Netflix sitcom #blackAF as a flight attendant. She returned to WWE in October 2022 as a backstage correspondent on Monday Night Raw. In June 2023, she shifted to Friday Night SmackDown in the same role.
